If you read the HTML bullets page, you saw some ways to use images in unordered lists, instead of the default disc.
These are newer bullets, of a larger size and a 3D look. Most of them were also made with POV-Ray.
Remember, you can always make them smaller, if you wish. It is difficult to make them larger, because they lose in quality.
