If you read the HTML bullets page, you saw some ways to use images in unordered lists, instead of the default disc.
The internet is full of bullet images, some in sets with left border backgrounds, horizontal rules and buttons. The ones below are rather simple.
Remember, you can always make them smaller, if you wish. It is difficult to make them larger, because they lose in quality.
